Reset your home router and Internet modem and try again. You could also run the connection speed test to determine how fast your receiver is able to communicate with our servers and which type of content (standard-definition (SD) or high-definition (HD)) you are able to order.

Your satellite receiver has not authenticated access to Shaw Direct On Demand. This message may appear if you've attempted to access Shaw Direct On Demand too quickly after restarting your satellite receiver. If you have a satellite signal and the TV Guide appears when pressing the "Guide" button, wait a couple minutes and try again.
Errors 400, 403, 404, 500, or 503
These errors generally indicate that we are having trouble providing your satellite receiver with the requested information. Please try to access this information again in a few minutes. If the error continues, please call 1-888-554-7827 to speak to a customer service representative.
Your order is being streamed to another device in your home. Shaw Direct On Demand content is only licensed for streaming to one device at a time. If no other device is streaming the title, stop playback, return to "My Orders", and try watching the order again.
Your account is not authorized for Shaw Direct On Demand access. You must be registered for a shawdirect.ca My Account, not be in a past-due billing status and have Shaw Direct On Demand access enabled on your account.
